ChargingStage Membership Terms
1. Membership
ChargingStage is a European platform where organisations demonstrate their expertise within the EV charging ecosystem.
Membership is open to organisations that actively contribute to the development, implementation or support of EV charging infrastructure and related technologies.
As a member you can:
- Maintain your company profile
- Publish news, projects and knowledge
- Demonstrate your expertise
- Participate in the ChargingStage ecosystem
- Increase your visibility within the market
Membership does not guarantee commercial opportunities, leads or business results.
2. Accounts
Membership belongs to the organisation.
Each organisation may authorise one or more employees to manage its presence on ChargingStage.
Members are responsible for keeping their account information accurate and up to date.
3. Membership Fees
Founding Membership is available to the first 500 organisations.
Founding Membership:
€1 per day (excluding VAT where applicable).
Optional services may be added during the membership period, including:
- Lead Generation
- Exclusive Company Pages
- Concierge Publishing Service
Additional services are invoiced pro rata until the end of the current calendar year.
ChargingStage may introduce additional services in the future.
4. Billing
Membership is based on calendar years.
New members joining during the year receive a pro rata invoice covering the remaining period until 31 December.
Annual renewal invoices are issued in January.
Payment term:
21 days.
Membership remains active while invoices are paid according to the agreed terms.
5. Changes, Downgrades and Cancellation
Members may upgrade their service level at any time.
Downgrades or cancellations must be communicated by email, telephone or in writing before 30 November.
Unless cancelled before that date, membership automatically renews for the following calendar year.
ChargingStage may adjust membership fees annually.
Members will be informed before new pricing becomes effective.
6. Content Ownership
Members remain the owners of all content they publish.
By publishing content on ChargingStage, members grant ChargingStage a non-exclusive right to display, organise, categorise and distribute that content within the platform.
ChargingStage does not claim ownership of member content.
7. Artificial Intelligence
ChargingStage may use automated technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, to:
- organise content
- classify expertise
- connect projects
- improve discoverability
- recommend related content
- improve search results
The ownership of published content always remains with the original publisher.
8. Moderation
ChargingStage aims to maintain a professional and trustworthy platform.
ChargingStage may refuse, edit or remove content that:
- violates applicable law
- infringes intellectual property rights
- is misleading
- is offensive
- damages the integrity of the platform
- is unrelated to the EV charging ecosystem
ChargingStage may temporarily or permanently suspend accounts that repeatedly violate these principles.
9. Liability
Members are fully responsible for the information they publish.
ChargingStage is not liable for damages arising from content published by members.
Members indemnify ChargingStage against third-party claims relating to content they publish.
10. Privacy
ChargingStage processes personal data in accordance with applicable privacy legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

11. Public Information
ChargingStage may collect and display publicly available information about organisations, projects and market developments to improve the completeness and discoverability of the platform.
Where appropriate, organisations may request corrections or updates.
12. Applicable Law
These Membership Terms are governed by Dutch law.
Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
